Hightech Landmark office building with a total built up area of 11,000sqm, it includes sophisticated BMS, CCTV, Data communications, access control systems.
Execution was done on a turnkey basis from piling and excavation at 30 meters depth to systems commissioning and commercial operation.
It is composed of eight underground levels for parking and technical services, a commercial ground floor and ten floors of luxurious office space. It houses presently Ashada's General Headquarters.

Built-up area of 8,000 sqm. composed of warehouse, showrooms and offices building of six levels with an external car access to each floor.

5000 sqm industrial building: 2000 sqm of heavy storage area, 1500 sqm of offices and 1500 sqm library area in Beirut.

The school composed of two underground levels and four upper floors, was completed and fully equipped in a nine month crash program.
