Integral construction of the new Free Zone Area of the Beirut Harbor. It included one Industrial and one luxury Carpet Bazaar Buildings for a total built up area of 45,000sqm.
These included a technical service area for transformer feeds and emergency power.
Also all infrastructure related to Customs access, controls, containers storage surface, parkings, fencing, sewage / telephone / stormwater systems, etc.…have been executed on a 5 hectares area.

THE CENTRAL BANK EXTENSION

Turnkey lump sum construction of the three new annexes buildings of the Central Bank, for a total built-up area of 45,000sqm.

Building B: Includes a 2,400sqm vault rooms high security area, 10,000sqm of underground 4 levels parking, one technical floor, an upper and lower ground floor for the public & the Treasury department and a 10 storey tower with glass curtain / stone clad exterior facades.

Building C: Is a Technical compound housing generators & transformers with maintenance and parking areas; also headquarters of the Central Bank security organization are located therein.

Building D: Is a 4 level underground parking of 10,000sqm.

The new extension of the Central Bank includes the installation of a hightech data/telephone communication system involving enhancement and updating of the existing network.

A sophisticated Building Management System, a general computer controlled security/ CCTV / access control integrate, all in addition to modern fire fighting / HVAC / elevators services.
